Excellent product and service!
I looked around on the Internet for these slippers and only Zappos had the color and size in stock. I ordered them on a Monday using the free shipping option and still received them on Tuesday. They decided to upgrade my shipping at no additional cost! Truly customer service focused. Plus, the product was of exceptional quality and fit perfectly. Granted, I paid more for them, but you get what you pay for in both product and especially service. I will definitely be ordering from Zappos.com again and will be telling my family and friends about my positive experience with this company.

Great shoe. Looks even nicer in person. Very comfortable. Looks good with skirts. I love the logo on the side, really ads a nice touch to the shoe.
Zappos is an amazing company to deal with. I always feel comfortable ordering as I know if they are not good I can return them easily.

Stride Rite Snotrocket Rocks!
This is a fun sneaker. My son loves everything about it. The colors, velcro, and size. He says that it fits perfectly (unusual for him to say that.)

Good at first but become uncomfortable within 6 months.
These shoes were nice in the beginning; they looked professional and were comfortable. After the shoe was broken in and worn every business day for 6 months the soles began to squeak and the shoe was uncomfortable. Nothing is more embarrassing than walking down a long hallway with squeaky rubber like sounds coming from every footstep. I must reiterate this did not happen initially and the shoes soles were quiet.

Nice all around shoe -
Not much to say, these are nice skateboarding shoes that aren’t big and bulky like most. They look nice and are pretty comfortable I think.

Too Small -
I always wear a 6.5 M in a Clarks shoe & they fit perfectly but this one is too small. The shoe is attractive & I like the style (a little dressier than most) so I will probably try it in a 7.

This shoe, along with a couple of other Softspots I've bought lately are running small. They are very cute but too narrow and short. I have loved Softspots for several years but I'm wondering what's up with the brand in general.

Vintage cutie!
I bought these to wear to a friend's wedding with a vintage dress - they are PERFECT!! About as comfy as a heel can be (I'm picky - this is my first pair of heels in about 3 years). This was my first Zappos purchase and I couldn't be happier with the service - arrived in less than 24 hours!
