 | Incredible customer service. I made my purchase on a Monday and sent an email to the support staff asking to upgrade my shipping to receive my shoes before Saturday. They sent me a reply email a few minutes later telling me that they would ship them overnight at no extra charge, WOW!!! I know Zappos is growing as a company, I'm just really impressed that you guys, no matter how big you get, are still taking care of the customer. Thank you!!!
